The process of granting an authorisation, as well as the required documentation and the necessary procedures depend of the autonomous community where they placed the projectNZIA. To access this information, as with the point of single contact, the promoter shall select the corresponding autonomous community in order to have these informationinteractive mapprovided.
Generally speaking this process is summarized in the following scheme:
Initial application
Report of the project:- This report should contain information such as regards promoters, characteristics, employment generation, economic, social, environmental and land (location, ownership, availability), business plan económico-financiera and any additional information required for the correct analysis of the project.
- If the point of single contact appreciates that need further information may require the enlargement of the documentation provided by the promoter.
Processing
Depending on the case may carry out the following steps::- Identification by the point of single contact of the scope and parties involved including councils affected.
- Meetings between the point of single contact and the promoter with the parties.
Based on the scope of application for the project, valuation between other following areas:- Territorial and urban development
- Environment
- Historical and cultural heritage
- Economic and corporate governance
- Municipal aspects
- Municipal aspects
Authorization
- The promoter through the point of single contact must request authorization for each of the parties involved as required under procurement
