CDTI

The CDTI has the status of financing of the spanish system of science, technology and innovation in the area of the General state administration, in accordance with the law 14/2011, of 1 june, of science, technology and innovation. Among other functions, is responsible for managing the programmes or instruments that are allocated by the State Plan of Scientific and technical research, particularly in the context of I + D + i.

• Support for r + D + I: The CDTI provides companies and other entities in spain a wide range of public aid for the development of their activities in r + D + I.
• Internationalization of r & D projects: Participation in international programmes to address projects from a global perspective and facilitates the entry into new markets.
• European funds: The structural funds and European Investment, managed jointly by the european commission and the european union, are used to invest in job creation and an economy and a sustainable european environment and healthy.
• Other services: The CDTI offers a number of advisory services and support to boost the activity of I + D + I in Spain.

IDAE

The E.P.E. Institute for the Diversification and Saving of energy (IDAE) plhiv people living with hiv, is an agency attached to the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the demographic challenge, through the secretariat of state of energy, to which organically.

Contribute to achieving the goals that our country has acquired in increasing energy efficiency, renewable and other low-carbon technologies is the strategic framework of its activity.

In this regard, the IDAE carries out dissemination and training, technical advice, development of specific programmes and funding of projects for technological innovation and replicable character. Likewise, the institute's leading international activity within the framework of various european programmes and cooperation with third countries.

Furthermore, royal Decreto-ley 20/2012, of 13 july, of measures to ensure budgetary stability and strengthening competitiveness, broadening the scope of IDAE to support the technologies aimed at the decarbonisation of power generation; to assist the Ministry in administrative, judicial or arbitral proceedings in which they are a party to the General state administration; and develop as a means own instruments and technical service, in the conditions provided for in its statute, and in all matters connected with its aims and functions, the work entrusted to it by the General state administration as well as by its agencies and subsidiaries, which are considered an adjudicating power.
