CERSA

CERSA - Spanish Surety Company. (cersa-sme.es)

CERSA, Spanish Surety Company, S.A., is a state-owned commercial company (SME) attached to the Ministry of Industry and Tourism, through the Directorate General for Industrial Strategy and Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (DGEIPYME).

Through CERSA, one of Spain’s most established public-private partnership systems for financing is implemented: guarantees for SMEs and the self-employed provided by the Guarantee System.

CERSA provides support through its reinsurance coverage to the Guarantee System in Spain, which is comprised of CERSA, the 18 mutual guarantee companies (SGRs), and SAECA (Spanish Agricultural Guarantee Corporation). The risks assumed by these guarantee companies are backed by the State through CERSA

CERSA was incorporated under Law 1/1994 on the legal framework for mutual guarantee associations and is subject to the supervision and regulation of the Bank of Spain.

ENISA

ENISA and innovative entrepreneurship.

It provides financial support to small and medium-sized businesses that want to advance their innovative entrepreneurial projects.

They support viable business projects through a financing option that allows for diversification of funding sources.

That is why it can serve as a complementary option to potential public or private sources of investment.

They are focused on supporting small and medium-sized businesses with the potential for transformation that are committed to entrepreneurship and innovation.

They fall under the Directorate General for Industrial Strategy and Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, which is part of the Ministry of Industry and Tourism.

EOI

Business School – EOI School of Industrial Organization

EOI was founded on July 12, 1955, following an agreement between the Ministries of Education and Industry, thus becoming Spain’s first business school and one of the first in Europe. Over the past 60-plus years, we have made a decisive contribution to the modernization of the Spanish economy and industry and have played a leading role in several important milestones in executive education in Spain.

In addition, the EOI administers various grant programs aimed at businesses and entrepreneurs, such as the ACTIVA programs and the Digital Innovation Hubs Support Program (PADIH), among others.
